This project involved an upgrade of the steam, sewer, water, bilge oily waste, sewage lift station upgrade, and electrical utilities at Alpha and Bravo Wharves at the U.S. Naval Station, Guam. The electrical aspects of the design included pier electrical systems involving new substations, power outlet assemblies, primary substation additions, and primary feeders. It also included the addition of a 14 mVA primary substation transformer and related primary switchgear at Orote Power Plant, 3.75 mVA and 2.5 mVA double ended substations and buildings at Polaris Point, and related primary feeders and secondary distribution to shore power mounds. The firm also provided PCAS services.
