Upgrade Electrical Distribution System, Phase 1 Hickam Air Force Base

MK Engineers prepared the DB RFP package for PH1 of the HAFB 7-phase master plan that was developed by MK Engineers. The project included new ductlines and manholes for a new Hawaiian Electric Company (HECO) 46 kV circuit, a new HECO transformer yard, a new 11.5 kV (HAFB) substation, and new 11.5 kV distribution circuits.
