Eleele Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion, Phase 1

This project included an extensive upgrade of the plant to handle an increase in influent from 1.5 MGD to 2.6 MGD. The project involved new buildings, blowers, mixers, sludge dewatering equipment, a new Autocon Supervisory, Control and Data Acquisition System (SCADA), instrumentation, controls, alarm and monitoring systems, and lift station modifications.
